Those are probably both from modern-era Joe figures, not vintage. The helmets in the second photo look like they belong to m-e Steel Brigade, perhaps custom painted?

The 1st photo is from a 21st Century Ultimate Soldier line.
I had a bunch of them, but I can't put my finger on what he came with. Might have been one version of the Huey.
