Maybe it was shot down cause of the waist. That body actually has an extra point of articulation at the waist.
However, I would have loved that over what was shown today.

Yeah the waist would have been a problem. Have we seen that head sculpt before?

I caught the replay around noon today during lunch. I have spent the rest of the day getting caught up on the posts. I purposely did not post earlier than now as I would just be swearing with my dissatisfaction with Duke and CC.
I just don't understand this choice beyond this was the only mold available for Duke. That is the only excuse there is besides the mustache being just lazy. I've seen other people try and explain it by saying there was no mold tree with the best parts. The thing is, there should be a mold tree for DATD Flint. They could have used all of those parts, which were used at the same time as the Baroness and LJ molds back in 2014. The 50th Duke head was used during the same time as the V54 SE build in 2016. The only pieces missing would have been a 25th Duke Bandolier. They could have used the 50th Duke Webgear instead if they needed to use a secondary. I just don't understand it. They have used molds and probably mold trees that were used in 2014 and 2016 for the other Retro figures. Why not use other mold trees used in 2014 and 2016 to for the parts to make an Ultimate Duke. I am totally disappointed. This is a total slap in the face to collectors, customizers and fans of the 4" ME figures. There is not one quality part on this Duke figure. You can't use it for customs. This is truly a wasted slot in this wave. How many times do we have to post that most of the 4" ME fans do not want 25th anniversary parts. We got 2 figures in this wave with 25th parts. CC is a disappointment as well as the torso and arms are out of proportion with those Ret. CC legs. I actually like the new face painting on Lady Jaye. At least that is an improvement. That stupid O-face Duke has been making me have an O-face all day. Not a vinegar face, but a nerd rage face!!!! At least I can save my money with this W3. I won't have to go into a WM any time soon. Just total Bullshit!!!! Now I'm getting upset again so I'll stop now.

Those GH legs are too thick for that torso for me. It would also make him almost as tall as RB. I prefer the DATD Flint build. I'll just paint one up I guess.
