I have no idea what those memes mean, Sataninjaku.
At any rate, if you don't mind my asking, who/what/where is the quote in your location from? When I first read it I immediately thought of Master Shake from ATHF, cause it sorta sounded like something he would say. Though I know it's not (having seen every episode 10,000 times). Ironically, my original sig idea was, "Is this the baby shower? I made lemon squares." But I wasn't sure how many people (if any) would get the reference.

Apparently, Sataninjaku did mind me asking, I guess. (Or maybe he/she/x is just busy scouring the internet for more moronic memes.)
Anyways, sorry for the double post, but I'm heading off to my Antifa meeting now. So I hope everyone who hasn't voted yet, will be sure to do so today. Don't forget that it's your civic duty. Also, Dreadnok Twins, just to be clear ... I meant what I wrote 200%. Think your posts are fantastic.

I like most versions of Joe - toon, RAH comic, ROC, Retaliation, Renegades, Sigma Six. Really only hate IDWs last two versions: the one that blended all the Hasbro properties (don’t want micronauts mixed with Joe) and the last one where Cobra had won and the Joes were mostly civilians recruited into the Joe team instead of soldiers. Weird.

The only thing wrong with the Sgt. Savage line Was the scale/construction change of the figures.
In fact, they could have been leagues better than 90% of what was available in the few years leading up to that point, had they been made to mesh with the rest of the line.

The brand doesn't need a strict cannon like the comic or cartoon.
I've always looked at the different media as parallel universes pulling what I liked and chose to in my own Joe world. Surprisingly I have incorporated a lot of the various media with only small changes. |

GI Joe should never have formed Ninja Force. Way too many ninjas and made Snake Eyes, Scarlett and Storm Shadow feel less special.

Banzai and Charbroil should have been Cobras.

I want to take a moment to talk about something that has always bothered me...
Baroness and Destro should never have been a couple. It makes sense and I like Destro pining for her, but I always felt the Baroness should be disinterested in any sort of long term relationship, as I view her as a ruthless, amoral anti-establishment and anti-American terrorist. Settling down, as it were, feels off for the character, to me. I accept it's a major part of their lore, now, but I never liked it. Also, Stretcher was cooler than we give him credit. |

Stretcher I had to look up. I have never seen or heard of him before. I do not like his Stretcher's medical sled however I love his file card. In my Joe verse, I like to look at the groups who keeps the Joe team rolling. I think I will be adding Stretcher to the medical team.
