Not that it matters much, but the retro HISS driver used the POC Shock Trooper torso and upper arms with ROC Zartan lower arms. I think I’ve seen the hands before but can’t quite place them at the moment.

Wow. Along with the new head, that's a surprising amount of new tooling for the HISS Driver. Usually vehicle drivers are just cobbled together from whatever random shit they have lying around.

Thanks for posting the pics. I LOVE that HISS Driver. It's a great update over the original 25th and ARAH versions, which were both among my favorite Cobra designs ever. The new head sculpt is great (it's my favorite part about the figure), and I love that he no longer has the goofy thigh holster with the ridiculously huge flap.
So, we have a new head, Data Viper torso and arms...whose legs are those? And is that vest new?

BTW, got a Destro and Scarlett on ebay for $25 each shipped. I'm fine with that, but that was the absolute most I'd spend on either of them.
Ah, yes. My bad, that's NOT the Data Viper torso.

They are priced at $24.86 each, and the cases are small.
Only two A.W.E. Strikers to a case, or two H.I.S.S. Tanks to a case.
