Sorry to hear that Ozzie. I kind of wondered about that. With our virtual school here, the students will have to call in from time to time for verbal assessments. I looked at the call-in schedule for the teachers, and it's times at all times of day. Plus, I had a teacher reply to an e-mail from me at 10:30 at night. I'm thinking, when do these teachers get a break? Geesh.

do your classes run like a normal school day? My elementary kids are basically done by 1:30, and at this point, are really being assigned a lot of additional work (it's only the first week for us). But they basically have a morning session for maybe 2 hours, and afternoon session, and the rest is basically independent work time.
My mom, who's a retired teacher, said they ultimately get the same amount of instruction because a lot of in-person school is disciplinary, or working at the slower kids' pace. Not sure how accurate that is, but she said it.

Well, my wife, who had been having her best money making year EVER, just reached her boiling over point with her current manager. She chucked her keys at her manager and said good luck. Sigh.....
The regional manager called her on the way home and asked her not to call it quits just yet. The regional manager will be calling her back this afternoon. I guess we'll see where this goes. Her regular manager is her third manager in the past year (revolving door), and they've had two other employees quit this week. This is nuts.

Thanks Duke, fingers crosses. My daughter and I have nicknamed my wife "Codename: Hulk". My wife is very small, quiet, and unassuming. She doesn't have a short temper, but when pushed too far and she eventually does snap.....watch out. She's made grown men cry. A product of growing up with 4 gigantic bothers I suppose.
It’s nuts because I came to this point today with 2 different clients that make life miserable. I am telling myself today that they don’t get to be in the way of everyone that is awesome to have business with. The problem ones can hit the road.
