Dang it. You could be right.
I don’t hate Renegades per se, but with our best chance at an updated Scarlett I’m hoping for much more. From a design perspective, Renegades just looks like a civilian with long skinny legs and from an executions standpoint the upper legs are too long / knee and lower legs too short. I feel strongly we’ll get some new tooling for Scarlett. And I think a repainted Club Roadblock is a reasonable expectation, as well But I’d take the resolute with re-deco with little complaint

I think this picture was posted from the Comic Con showing the classic ARAH figures from Hasbro.
Is this an indicative that all this Figures are ones to be coming in the retro line? What's your opinion on this guy's?

Was the Club head the same RB shown as an Amazon exclusive with 3 heads that ended up seeing a partial release in The SDCC Resolute RB? Kind of how 50th HNR’s head showed up as a club release first - but actually belonged to Hasbro? Hasbro has never used the club’s tooling for their releases - even when they had a need like 50th Outback. I vaguely remember when Hasbro made TRU exclusive Jurassic Park figures started leaking on Ebay one used the Club’s Adventure Team Joe Colton headsculpt. The club made some mention of how they were surprised and didn’t know Hasbro could do that. The actual retail figure did not use the club sculpt and it could have been a factory test shot as Hasbro and the club used the same factory. Anyway, Hasbro of course has the copyright to the characters but the club paid to designs and create those molds. All that to say Hasbro could do some fantastic things with all the club’s tooling, but there’s no guarantee they have the rights to use them. EDIT: found the link to that Unreleased RB: https://news.hisstank.com/2016/04/07...revealed-58778 It is the same as the club head - so it’s fairly safe to assume it was Hasbro’s to begin with (much like the 50th HNR situation) Last edited by Dod Ear; 07-23-2020 at 04:20 PM.. |

I don't like the o-ring figures, they're too dated. Only issue with the modern figures is the lack of screw in the back for easy customizing but since they do not have an o-ring I understand why there is no screw there. The 50th started including too many HGH/anabolic steroid 6'5-7 feet tall wrestler-like Joes where it was too ridiculous proportions and didnt match or work with the general line . The 2008 figures are mostly all too outdated by now unless they're updated with the improved later edition crotches and head sculpts(and sometimes hands).
They need to find the right balance, they have loads of great modern figures to choose from or even parts match from(including the former Club if thats possible) This line appears to be like Star Wars The Vintage Collection as opposed to the Black Series of 6 inch figures, which is good. Their Marvel line used to do the same but their 3.75 figures are basically dead sadly. But only problem I see at the moment is that most of these figures do not match the packages which is very bad, and makes the line look cheap and like a scalper's/swopper's hoax. Hopefully it was a production error and something they'd fix moving forward. I do want a couple of the Hiss tanks with the new improved Driver. The Baroness does have a better painted face/head which I may add to my collection or keep MIB. Last edited by CG82; 07-23-2020 at 04:34 PM.. |

Yeah, that would be awesome. The other thing I really want is an updated Duke using the parts used by some of the customizer's here. Like maybe even repaint the DATD Flint with a Renegades Duke head or something.

I’d love a Club RB repaint - could be the jewel of the whole line.

But either way, RB does appear to be a Hasbro owned sculpt.

Any chance they could use this head for Duke? It was unreleased from the concept vault.

God, I wish. Best Duke sculpt they’ve done, and didn’t even release it
