YEp, these are some damn fine efforts here. Cool idea for Decimator's helmet (might borrow that for mine). Low-Light looks great, as well. You should toss up the repaint version, while you're at it.

Decimator and Lowlight are fantastic! I was thinking about making a Decimator with the original helmet, but I think your idea works, maybe even better as a modern era warrior! Great job! On Lowlight, that is a solid build, and even though I always thought Hasbro strayed on this version from his original, I really liked the figure (but not as Lowlight, if that makes sense). Kudos, bro!

Just checked out your version again, forgot how clean that paint job was! Definitely interested in seeing you finish him off with a helmet, whether it’s my build or something else. Haha, you know me too well, no chance I was figuring out the build for Low Light v3 and then not doubling down on the neon Dino Hunter version too. Have to finish his teammate, still kicking around ideas for him, might have just stumbled across it though so hopefully I’ll have them both done soon. Quote:

-Todd Shakka85 Makes perfect sense because I’m pretty sure I was shocked to find out that it was Low-Light growing up. Saw an awesome figure on the pegs but he was so different from the original (like Sonic Fighter Pysche-Out) that had I not seen the name I would have assumed it was a new character. This is actually my preferred look for him though. Might like this one, Dino Hunter, Slaughter’s Marauder and then the original. Maybe if I had the decent Marauder build of the original or if they did a real Ultimate version I’d like the v1 design more. Always appreciate the comments, everyone! Fun to share these builds and my random toy pics.

LMAO!! well then I guess the only thing left to do is share “another one!” Always laugh when that commercial comes on.
———— Close out the week with another of my favorites, I’ve shown off my International Action Force Budo & my Ninja Commando but today we finally get around to my original Budo. He was one that I tried really hard to do as a no paint build and for the longest time that’s how I had him. Then a few months or so after I put him together I finally decided to hit his forearm armor pieces with cinnamon paint to match the other brown accents. One change I’m going to make is to get gray marauder knee pads to better match the original figure, I also need to order another WW2 head so my v1 and v2 don’t have to share. Another full Marauder build with the vintage helmet to complete the look and then just the bit of paint on the arm gauntlets. Really love how the brown with green accent parts work for Budo so at some point I hope to get the pouches with the green accents to add also. This one was funny because I was all set to post him before and then Axon dropped his and they were SOOO similar that I decided to hold off for a bit. Now that I finally have some pics of mine, need to go back and check out his awesome version 1 and Rob’s v2 to see how all three of us tackled him side by side. Probably want to do a more accurate v2 at some point so that one will probably be a combination of ideas borrowed from Axon & Rob to give it a different feel than my v1 and v2 who share the same build. Budo

Yeet!! Always cool to see you in here!
Thanks! Love how he came out, one of my favorite builds, especially once the WW2 heads came out.
