Nice job with Mercer! I personally like his bearded and silver arm design way more than his original design. Got to get tough! Yo Joe!

Been thinking about that version of Mercer lately & it's good to see your version as inspiration!

Your Duke and Mercer are both solid builds. Nice work on both!

Love this version. This was the last o-ring I remember wanting but never got my hands on it. Thought it was cool he was from Richmond (me, too).
I started scaling back in my MTF joe builds, but kept my v2 Mercer build. Anyway, solid work. Your builds just seem to pop off the screen. Thanks! I try to blend the Marauder guys with my Hasbro & Club stuff so nothing looks out of place. Love taking the fun pics to make sure I hit the mark. And you’re better off than me, with Rocky never getting made, I think all Philly has is Sidewinder. Haha. Quote:

Thanks! Haha, if Winter Soldier had two bionic arms we wouldn’t have gotten a third Captain America movie!

Solid custom man and great homage to a low key cool joe. . I particularly pay attention to the details of customizers . Slick adding that silver on the vest where it connects. Sets off his arms!

Very awesome work here bro! But yeah, I'm curious...why two silver arms?

He was one of my first customs, originally with gray arms, then switched when the silver torso came out so I’m so used to this custom having two of the same arms that now it’s just sort of artistic vision / preference. As I make tweaks to him by adding more paint, maybe I’ll kick the tires on a normal arm but I’ll probably keep him with the dual silvers. Thanks! Always loved that he was more or less just in his Viper uniform with a few tweaks to make it pop. And I loved that touch once I added it, I did the main line down the front and then put the cap back on the marker but then decided to go with the extra highlight & loved how it turned out.

Day 4 of Get Tough week brings another Joe whose Version 1 figure I always wanted but never had growing up. I was so happy when they brought this version out so I could finally have the Joe laser trooper who I loved watching in the cartoon.
Another all Marauder build with some yellow & black paint added and the original figure’s helmet to finish off the look. Thinking back, he’s one of the first figures I ever added paint to.
