All things considered, $13 is probably fair for a GI Joe figure, regardless if it ends up being an o-ring recast or a rerun of an ME figure. Again, you have a more limited product aimed to more limited audience than the Classified line.

Dumb question - what is ME again? Sorry, i just get mixed up with all of the different names for the various iterations through the years.

Modern Era, generally starting with the 25th line.

$13 would be a reasonable price for these retro ARAH figures, O-ring or not. They are definitely catering to a 'niche' crowd, so I can see the justification for the higher price. And, that's around the price The Vintage Collection Star Wars figures cost.
If the price is more than $13 each, however - I probably won't get these. |

Super 7 has a much smaller production run than Hasbro which is why they are more expensive. Same with figures like Vitruvian Hacks which are $25 or something each.
