An A.W.E. Striker too, the news just gets better and better! Sure I've gotten every release of them since the 80's, but put me down for another A.W.E. Striker and HISS Tank.
Back when the 25th black HISS tank came out, my Dad saw it at Wal-Mart and grabbed one for me. He was grinning from ear to ear, said I have a surprise for you. He was holding it behind his back lol. He remembered getting me the same HISS tank way back in 1983. He joked and asked if I needed his help putting the stickers on it. |

I'm accepting of the HISS and AWE Striker myself, despite all of you being bombarded with them both, for a couple of reasons.
*They want to bring in fans that didn't buy last time around (they have to in order for this to work). I'm in that group, not to mention there's a whole new wave of kids that weren't around for the last time they were on shelves. * both of those vehicles, especially the HISS, are iconic. There are of course better options, but they're a great spearhead for a first wave. Lastly, in regards to the price, if both of those vehicles include a driver that would otherwise retail for 12.93, the price wouldn't be bad at all. That's not to say they will, but there is a strong possibility. |

I'd be good with any of them, though I'd understand swapping Crankcase out for a more beloved or well known character in a first wave. The HISS driver is almost a necessity, but Rip-it wouldn't disappoint me at all, considering the fact that he's really just a HISS driver himself.

So if this is an o-ring line would Hasbro retool the footpegs of the vehicles to accept the vintage figures or not?

To better differentiate vintage from retro, would they retool the feet of the figures? Especially if they remake figures instead of using old tooling... |

I think most would be happy to see the Sea Wolf (Killer Whale) and Transportable Battle Platform!!! It kills me anytime I check out the art of the 95 line and think of what could of been if the Kenner acquisition did not go through or at least if the Kenner side of the boys toy line did not beat out the Hasbro side. It would of been a return to what most Joe fans enjoyed about the line.
