GI Joe wasn't a Saturday morning cartoon. It was weekdays after school. That's why I didn't say GI Joe. That's why I didn't say Duck Tales either.

I didn't grow up with any of those you guys mentioned, so instead I'll list my favorite shows as a kid (which were usually on during the week)
The Clone Wars Phineas and Ferb Sponge Bob LEGO Ninjago I also really liked Renegades too, but I didn't see it until a few years after it aired (darn the Hub or whatever it was called) |

Joe ran Saturdays out here on USA, though TMNT didn't, it was a back to back with Mario in the afternoons. Had no idea that wasn't the case everywhere.

When I was 6 in 1980 I remember watching the old Batman and Robin series with Adam West and Burt Ward, not a cartoon, I know, but I loved it.
My favorite 80s Saturday cartoons were: The Smurfs Scooby Doo A Pup Named Scooby Doo The Real Ghostbusters The Dukes of Hazzard Super Friends Hong Kong Phooey

Really? Yeah here in the Houston area I don't recall seeing GI Joe on Saturday mornings. Or I'm just not remembering it. But I do remember it was on weekdays after school.
