Thanks for sharing the URL. I had placed an order there for some add on items but had forgotten about the site. I had remembered ordering those items. I thought it been through backerkit, but obviously not.

He did use backerkit for the kickstarter and the first Sgt. Luther pre-order. The Air Raider deco was only available on his website.

The virus dies out quick within 48 hours on most surfaces, but it has a 28 day survival time on stainless steel surface (that's obviously not cleaned), so yeah, it definitely could survive on goods shipped to you depending on what they are made of. But usually people regularly clean stainless steel surfaces, like those found in kitchens and on stove range-hoods, because food establishments usually clean/disinfect their kitchen each night for the next day and dust shows up easy on stainless steel surfaces. Best precaution is to just store away any packages you receive in the mail for a month's time each and then clean the items inside down with some anti-bacterial cleaner when you finally open the mail.

This has been a very frustrating backing for me. The majority of the updates were pushed through FB (which I do not use and refuse to use) and not Kickstarter. Solomon and others involved in the project need to stop using FB for initial updates. We didn't back this project through FB. We backed through KS. I've haven't gotten a Backerkit survey if one was indeed sent out and the project is ridiculously behind schedule. With so many delays and issues the project managers should at the very least inform backers through the correct channels and not make us chase updates through forums and second hand social media sources. It's unprofessinal to say the very least.

I like everything about this kick(including the people involved) but, man, they’ve not been good at communicating. I get the use of Facebook to reach a wider potential demographic but some of the information Solomon puts out isn’t even its own thread. There have been times I’ve clicked over and new info comes as a reply to a comment in an unrelated thread. That’s super frustrating. |

I personally am on Facebook. I have shared many announcements and info from other lines, and photos here. I can certainly sympathize with you regarding all of the information not coming out on the original platform, or maybe even frequent updates. I don't bother checking Kickstarter, and if updates were shared only or primarily there, I personally would be frustrated too. I hope you are able to get the backerkit matter resolved. I hope you can still get what you ordered, but even the Marauder guys consider your pledge a gift, when you don't fill out the surveys.
