Police Station ($40) "Health" Station ($45) Both of those sets were $29.99 each at Rural King, so you'll pay a premium for convenience and delivery at Amazon but it may be your only choice. Bruder's bigger in Europe and kind of hard to find in the US. My kids have that ambulance and it is really nice. They have several siren modes and a lot of play features. The roof on the back comes off so you can access the interior. It's just a bit oversized for Joes (like everything Bruder has) but if you can overlook that it's a great item. Unlike 1:18 Maisto vehicles, Joes fit in the seats of Bruder vehicles and look pretty good in them. It's just more obvious that the scale is off when they're outside of the vehicles standing next to it.

I don’t remember what it was called, but it was pretty detailed and came with a bunch of camping gear.

I have a version of the ambulance, the horse transport, I believe it is. It's white, with a side door and drop down stairs, and a rear fold down door. I bought it for my custom Marauder HRT. The figures in the cab fit perfectly. It does seem just a TAD big when they stand beside it, but they look good in the front and back. It's a much better scale than true 1/18 vehicles.

Do those figures come with the Bruder stuff? Are they larger than 4 inches?

Yes, and yes. They aren't any use for Joe parts or dioramas. Some of the accessories are half-way interesting, but they're almost like Playmobil design, so it's a little simplistic. I mostly use Bruder for vehicles and some scenery like pallets and such.

I just want to point out, Bruder is 1:16 scale, so these sets will be just a tad on the large side. With that said, the sets I found in person were at a store called Rural King. There is one within about an hour's drive from my house and I make a trip there about this time every year to scout out Bruder toys and whatever else may be there for the Christmas season. These two sets are also available on Amazon (marked up about $10-$15 but they can be had):

Saw the Dickie Toys Playlife Ranger set at one of those independent toys stores at a mall yesterday. It came with a Mercedes Land Rover type thingy that was really nice and well scaled for Joes.
