Excellent, excellent work as always. That Tunnel Rat especially blows me away.

Yep, it’s Tunnel Rat for me, too.

Some really clever updates
I forgot all about that version of Sci-fi and you nailed the look. Tele Viper is an needed update and Tunnel Rat is an easy star. Probably my favorite Tunnel Rat build and now I have to go build your version for my rawhides. Also, how did you do the headset on Tele Viper? Is it cut/modded, under the helmet, or something else?

Fantastic use of MTF for some classic Joes and Cobras. My favorite, surprisingly, is Sci-Fi and I think the grey actually works instead of repainting.
That said, I'd really like to see more pics of Tunnel Rat, especially showcasing his left side. And recipe--I'm not really well versed in the MTF catalog, and would be willing to break my seal to make this MTF custom. |

Thanks Yeet! I really liked that Sci-Fi better than the original, for the color scheme mainly. However, you will note that he has the POC (remake of the original figure) accessories, including the chest armor, laser and backpack/fuel source for the laser... Had to use those! Thanks ponygt! I liked the way he came out, too! Quote:

Thanks 46 Z! I appreciate you taking the time to check them out, and for the comment! Thank you ozzie92! Glad you like him! Quote:

I bought the stock Tunnel Rat, and added a shoulder rig with a holster and .357 pistol to get him closer to the look of the original.

So if this is a dumb question, feel free to "internet shoot me", but I have 0 knowledge of MTF outside of the excellent work you guys are doing with them.
I've recently seen a lot of the "Joe" type MTF parts around- are they licensed? And if not, why in the hell not??!!? If Hasbro isn't (by all rumored accounts) going to continue to give us 4" scale figures, they really ought to think about working out a deal... in my opinion, these look better than anything we've gotten from the "source" anyway!
