But it's not them, it's the ice storms, the dock workers, customs, telephones being down, asteroids.

Isn't it possible that Hasbro might use Haslab to make a 12 figure set of joes and Cobras similar to a FSS. If it's not funded then it wouldn't go ahead. They could include 12 figures with no new tooling, the stretch goals of figures that would need new heads.

I think Haslabs is going to do cool stuff, but they are likely after big numbers so the chance of getting the 2nd neon uniform of a C list character is unlikely. But who knows?

I don’t want the 2nd neon uniform of a C list character, I just want them all in their first uniforms.

Ahhh the Club.
Look on an overall I like the Club if for nothing more than the fact that we get new product we clearly aren't getting at retail. And yes...some of the choices or designs the Club has made are...questionable. But on an overall I think the characters and designs we did get are more often better than not better. The down side of the Club is...was...is...they were often in wayyyyy over their heads. From quality control, to late shipping, to customer service, to security, to just general wtf are they doing? I mean didn't a Con suddenly last minute switch venues one year royally messing up people travel plans? So while I love that the club would make one last big push would happen. But honestly the Club was bad at handling everyday operations much less anything with a rushed deadline. Honestly I think The Club would have been better partnering with someone better at distribution maybe an online store like BBTS or brick stores like Toys R Us...sniff when we had a TRU...but I think we as collectors need to realize Joe is NEVER gonna be the same as it was. I think as much as we hated ROC that was the attempt to make it into a fresh property that would compete at retail again. It failed. Its follow up did no better. We're at a point where 12" Collectors were when 3.75" hit...where ever Joe goes or doesn't go next we're gonna have to live what we get at the inflated collectors costs, and maybe get the scraps off the table of whatever new version comes along. Honestly I don't think Hasrbo will ever stop trying to slip in chances to make money off of us old collectors. But we are never gonna be the focus of what they try to produce again. Hey...I don't really like it anymore than you do...but I guess its what we get. I’ve been saying for years that G.I. Joe will never be as big as it was in the mid ‘80s. I don’t like it anymore than you guys, but I have excepted G.I. Joe A REAL AMERICAN HERO will eventually be no more. I’m just grateful for what we’ve gotten in the past eleven years.

With OoaLB and Jinx723 on this:
As Joe fans, we got WAY more than we had any real right to get over the past decade. Any other company would have COMPLETELY abandoned GI Joe by this point a couple times over. But all brands must change and adapt, and I don't feel GI Joe has done nearly enough to do so this past decade. I don't think the the bones of ARAH will ever go away...but it's well past time to do some major renovations, and hopefully by 2020, Hasbro will have EVERYBODY on the same page to avoid the issues we've seen this past decade of constant shifts in concept and focus. I don't see a reason for the Club to "push the envelope" given all the issues they've had these past few years and the inevitability that no matter WHAT they'd do, people won't be happy. With that, they are still reliant on Hasbro's cooperation on getting assets and approvals. With a new movie on deck for 2020, we remain in a position of seeing some major changes to the brand in the coming year. But frankly, time isn't on the Club's side, so I'd rather see them put their energies into getting what they got on tap correct instead of trying to rush out more just for the sake of more.

Can you please stop making your font extra large on your posts?
On topic: I'd gladly participate in whatever crowd-funding opportunities come along to complete the ARAH line of figures in Modern Era form. We've come a long way over the past 11-12 years thanks to 25th, 30th, 50th, and Club/JoeCon/SDCC figures, and it'd be a shame to never complete the set. I'd wager a fair number of active collectors today would also have a lot less interest in starting over in a new line, new format, new scale, but would be interested in finishing the '82-'94 line in modern era form.
