Yeah, and they lifted the description word-for-word from a seller named "blazzinred." You can see it in their "completed" items' details:
https://m.ebay.com/sch/i.html?isRefi...&LH_Complete=1 I found the wording (and crisp english) a bit suspicious for a typical chinabay seller so I googled it. This chinese seller looks like trouble.

Zero feedback, this guy does not own the actual figure. I think he is testing waters so he can create more accounts and go ahead with the scams.

Last Friday, a Chinese seller with 0 feedback listed a gold-head Steel Brigade figure (normally worth approx $200) for $32 buy-it-now. I tried desperately to buy it (ebay protects the buyer, so why not?), but regardless of the payment method I tried (and I tried a couple), the sale would not process. The listing was removed about 30 minutes later.

If it sounds too good to be true, it is. You should report the seller.

I'm not sure if you are telling me or the OP Xero, but the seller in my instance is no longer a registered user.
I got another one for you. That same exact day, prior to the one I just mentioned, another Chinese seller, 0 rating with no prior sales, had approx 15 Action Force vehicles for sale, for only $18! buy-it-now. I excitedly purchased it right away (again, with ebay buyer protection, what have I got to lose?) Three days later the user was no longer registered, ebay canceled the sale and refunded my money. What a bummer. What was odd about that one, is that it wasn't stock photos. Someone had arranged all these action force vehicles on a bed. Really odd, but I suppose it was another scam. |

There is a trend of these scumbags in China listing these types auctions. It’s a problem that’s been running rampant in the toy community for a while. If you think this is bad, you should see the Transformers auctions. I think it’s ridiculous that ebay has not figured out a way to weed these accounts out.

The second seller shipped only to a non existing address. Luckily the post office marked it as undeliverable and I just happen to catch it that day so I called and asked to pick the item up. When I got to the post office I took pics of the package as instead of it being a masterpiece sized box it was a bubble Mailer containing what felt like beads. I refused it. I then sent the pictures directly to eBay. EBay then try to tell me that because I received a "courtesy refund" for the 1st item I could not be refunded again for the second item because the seller did make an attempt to ship dispite the fact that the tracking still says undeliverable. So if I wanted a refund I needed to work it out with the seller. WTF? So after about another couple weeks of the seller not answering my messages I called Ebay again and after a 2 hr conversation with four different eBay Representatives all telling me all kinds of BS reasons that I could not get refunded such as buying from high-risk sellers (despite the fact that they both had 100% positive feedback at the time of my purchase & they only received negative feedback in the last 30 days since I've been trying to get refunded) Finally I was finally able to get my refund. Bur Only because I did my own due diligence and got pictures of the package they sent with the wrong address labeled. It's funny because for the second item I was told that since the seller was no longer a registered user it would come out of Ebay s pocket. So I basically told them that it's not my problem because I alerted eBay of the situation the second I had the issue and due to Ebay's flawed policy I was prevented from opening a case for 30+ days and by then the seller was able to disappear before they can put any type of hold on their paypal account. So nevertheless I will be sticking with domestic sellers only. And I recommend any and all eBay members to document everything and get concrete evidence in your favor when dealing with shitbag International sellers. Or Ebay will happily let them keep your money and tell you to its your fault.
