I can't do the spicy stuff, but I am down for some taco pizza. I have never tried it. What toppings are on it?

Is it on regular pizza dough? Where are you getting it from? Are you making it?

Yeah bro regular pizza crust, thin so it gets a little crispy. A lot of places around here have them but they are all local joints. I make a mean one myself too.

Question for you. I have heard great things about the cheese in Wisconsin. I am in CA and love the cheese here. Have you tried CA cheese? How does it compare?

Dude! No comparison. Wisconsin is the cheese/cow/beer/sausage capital of the world!
And the taco pizza....if you use or get thick crust it tastes kinda smushy...thin crust getting crispy tastes like a taco shell (sort of). |

Thin crust is the way to go in my opinion. Also, my grandmother would always make Mexican Pizza and she showed me how to do it so I can make them for my family. It's basically everything that you would put on that taco pizza, except for the crust, you fry up a large flour tortilla in cooking oil until it gets a little brown and crispy. Very delicious!!!
