Ah, OK. I wasn't aware there was an "original" version of this figure. I just know that my modern sensibilities say "cover that up!", but that does make for a less intimidating design.

What makes it even weirder is that the brain is removable. More on that when the full assortment for wave 2 is revealed

This isn't something I would normally collect, but that is one very well made action figure. I am going to look into these when they come out
