I didn't buy any Sigma 6 back in the day, and I don't have any interest in it now--either in 8'' or 6''. With that said, I'm not opposed to the idea of bringing back Sigma 6 in some form; it just isn't for me. Probably, though, it would be best to keep it in its original 8'' format for backwards-compatibility's sake. If there's gonna be a 6'' line, it should probably be a "straight" line rather than a Sigma 6 reboot.
This actually sounds like a good idea to me. A good, utilitarian line targeted towards kids.

While I would not be opposed to a 6in Joe line. It would be an easy pass if it were made in similar design as the Sigma line. It just wasn't for me.

Again I'm not opposed to a Sigma style/influenced 4" line. It's mainly the style/playability/approach I'm interested in, not the scale per see. And when I say "Sigma" I don't mean a rehash of the story or exact looks, like Sigma suit and such--but moreso the design style, sculpt aesthetic, proportions (of 2007 Sigmas mainly), the sharp stylized look, big hands and feet, solid, robust, modular weapons designs, etc.

Okay when I advocate for a 2007 Sigma style line (regardless of scale) these are samples of what I'm talking about:
Some unreleased 2007 ones: What I am NOT advocating for is the earlier 2005 Sigma style (with lanky limbs and sigma suits) like THIS: .............. check out this link http://generalsjoes.com/2009/06/10/s...he-unproduced/ to see more of the awesome Unreleased 2007 Sigmas. I mean, check out what AT Dusty was set to come with!

Regardless of the aesthetics I always thought the 8 inch dudes made for great toys. Really fun to mess around with, but I could see where they might have been to big for kids.

I love the 8" Sigma 6 Joes. Anyone who doesn't is just a curmudgeon and just doesn't like fun toys.
That said, I don't want that style in the 6" format. Instead, I'd rather have traditionally styled Joes but in the 6" size, ala Star Wars Black and Marvel Legends. I wouldn't mind seeing some new 8" Sigma 6 figures made though, like Scarlett and Baroness. Maybe via the Club? I think the 4" scale for Joes has become boring. The brand needs a shake-up. |

It was such a cool figure. We showcased it here back when DESTRO owned it.
