Just picked up Marissa. I will hold off on the rest. Old Snake is too pricey, I will pass. I see they have the 2015 Con set that I passed earlier this year.

Just ordered Old Snake, Marissa and Sub Viper.
Club is taking a risk with these aggressive prices - hope it works out for them. |

Is Faireborn even fixed for the giraffe neck? The Jinx was horrible during FSS1 using the Res Scarlett body and a retooled old head that sits way too high. I'd doubt they retooled the Sparta/Cover Girl head again since using her on ME bodies.

To those that purchased, enjoy!
I personally can't justify paying "top dollar" for molds that were found in discount stores. Marissa is nice, but that retaliation cycle couldn't move at $5. Same with Old Snake - very cool, but no matter what you call the bots, they're still just TFP soundwave repaints. The Wave Crusher/Sub Viper is a nice update, but I personally would prefer the vintage version. G.I.Joe fans are already labeled cheap, so as Turtle Master noted above, good luck with the aggressive pricing. |

The price is a joke. Look at the quality that MTF is putting out at a fraction of the cost.
The Club has an easy sell here. Produce these things at the right quantities by doing pre-orders or something similar. I was looking forward to these and that really hurt seeing that. There's no way in hell I'm paying that much for what you are getting in return. Bad as it sounds it would be better for them to sink right now. We need someone in charge who knows what they are doing and has some business sense. These clowns are pissing away a good thing.

I was all set to pull the trigger as soon as these were available. Even being nothing but repaints, I really liked the idea. Now that I see the price I will really have to weigh if I really want these. I really shouldn't be surprised. They charge $30 (now $38 for the most recent fss) so $42 for a figure and crappy vehicle shouldn't be a shock. It is though. $30 I would have done. Add their outrageous shipping costs and I may wait to pick one of these up at a future clearance sale when they are stuck with them. I find it more and more difficult to give them any money. Kicking myself for signing up for the new fss.
