My vote is a big YES. It doesn't matter what we want. Kids (as far as I can tell) LOVED S6. If bringing back S6 means that there's market penetration for the brand, then I'm all for it.
Plus, if S6 (or something similar) were to actually make it to market, then chances are collectors would receive something, well, collectible. |

Sigma 6 got me back into collecting. They are sturdy and fun to play with, plus they keep ahold of their weapons. For playability they remind me of ARAH figs. They do take up a lot more space though. There are also a ton of Sigma haters out there.

Voted no, but let me say I love all things Sigma 6...I just don't want that to be the only JOE representation we get in 2016. I need another voting option. That said I could easily see them releasing 4' figures alongside figures like the hero mashers.

I liked the "10 min into the future" concept of Sigma 6. I did like the stories and design elements to the line. But like most said so far, only in the modern 4" size of figures and vehicles size.

only if they are in the movie.
I am hoping that Hasbro keeps some consistency across all types of media in the future, be it game, movie, cartoon, or comic. Since the movie is the biggest of all media, although a case could be argued for video games since they cost as much to produce as a movie and involve just as many people, then 2016 product should be movie focused imho.

I would just say something smart-ass, but I'll give you a fair shake on this one.
No. I can get past the art style enough to see why some fans are hung up on these, they look like a lot of fun. Though, it feels like this has more to do with great execution rather than the idea/direction actually being that good. These toys were expensive when they came out. There was a lot of stuff in the package to try and justify that, but it just wasn't friendly to parents and "outsiders" if you will. Can you just imagine how much Hasbro would want for these now? Especially if they were made of the same quality of the originals. They'd either be way cheaper in quality, or just priced through the roof. No one would probably go for either. Big toys do seem to be trendy nowadays on the other hand. It seems like there would be a place for these with the popularity of the NECA stuff and the Star Wars Black series. Though, speaking of the Black series, would S6 even be the same in feel/spirit if it came back? I really can't help but feel the Black series is such a cheap, poor attempt at knocking off what NECA does. With all of the people who worked on S6 having likely left Hasbro by now, I imagine anything they'd make would end up looking like TBS figures. |

If it or a similar concept gets kids to want GI Joes again, then yes definitely - so long as we still get the 3 3/4" figures.
I know the animation style isn't popular, but I think they were pretty cool designs overall. In fact, I'd like to see some of them released in 3 3/4 scale by the club in future FSS or con sets.
