There are some auctions on ebay for Joes that a sealed in baggies w/o file cards, similar to the Kenner Star Wars mail-away figures.
The baggies are unnmarked. I thought the only ones that did not have the cards sealed with them were the original Duke, Bludd and Cobra Commander. Are these legit? |

The 1991 Rice Kripsies Lifeline did not come with a filecard. Some quick kicks and the 90s overstock of 80s Joes also didnt include filecards.

Also some mail away figures didn't have the filecard in the same bag as the figure. Major Altitude and Interrogator are 2 that I can think of. Pretty sure the International set was the same.

In Canada I got the vehicle drivers set as a kid and the bilingual filecards were printed on a big folded sheet of paper with the figs bagged separately.

Yeah I still have one of those around somewhere with Thunder and others all attached. Also in 1993 Hasbro Canada cleared out a ton of stuff at $1.50 and none of those came with file cards( although I didn't buy every figure so maybe some did?). Just the figure and some accessories in the bag. Wondering if anyone bought the superhero or villain figure from this offer and has pictures of them bagged? thanks.

I have had a number of these bagged figures in my collection throughout the years. I'm pretty sure a lot of them were available at the Hasbro Employee Store. Also, for some reason I remember that Hasbro Canada, or whatever you call it, had figures from the early years to the mid 80's like this as well.
