I was lucky enough to get one for Christmas way back in the day. It was towards the end of me playing with Joes, so it pretty much stayed intact. It went through 3 moves, one of which I was in basic training, and the only thing that I was missing after all of that was the umbilical cord. I somehow managed to keep Hard Top's mic, and pistol, and both of Payloads control arms for his backpack. I have the version without the shuttle canopy lift. It isn't minty though. I have a couple of small broken pieces, one of which is the tab on the red side guns on the crawler, and i had to glue a piece back on to one of my gantry doors. So if anyone has a red side gun on the crawler that they want to part with let me know.

I have a defiant and it one of my pride and joy of the joe veh line. It took me buying two to build one good one and im still missing pieces too. Im missing the umbilical cord and the revolving door. I bought a repo umbilcal cord and a revolving door that had only on of the two hinges to complete my defiant.
Joefan80 I think i have an extra red side gun will check and post on here to let you know |

I'm the original owner of mine... bought as an adult... so she's in fine shape. Except for the crawler; the gears inside literally exploded the last time I tried to crank it up.

I never thought I'd get one. Too big, too expensive, too hard to complete. Then my wife found an 80% complete Defiant and 99% complete Terrordrome for 220$ (with a near complete minty 84 Stormshadow thrown in). She bought them for me as an early birthday present.
I have managed to repair and acquire almost all the parts for the Defiant - I should replace the upside down red turrets. I need the red dorsal guns on the gantry doors (sadly, the attachment points are broken, so it I'm not sure what good it would do). AND of course the umbilical. BUT - I have everything (including figures with all their parts). Of course - i did NOT realize that there was a little part that tells you which way to crank. Now I guess I'll have to hunt for that. Dammit. |
