There's a brochure that will answer all these questions.

This will be my first Joe Con. I am going to take my sons who all love Joes. We live about 2 hours outside of Indy. Is there a day like Saturday that we could go see all the convention seminars and access to see the upcoming releases but also still have the chance to buy the extra 2 Pk of figures they always have and vehicle if I can budget it? Do the extra figures and vehicles sell out the 1st day normally? Will we have to make 2 trips to Indy or can it all be done in a day?
I went to the Con last year and some of the exclusives sold out on Friday. The rest all on Saturday. These will probably be HOT, so I would get there ASAP. I'll be there on Thursday and staying all weekend. The panels are Saturdays and they repeat most of them on Sunday, you'll want to check the brochure for pricing. |

Not going this year...and am gonna have to buy the set and exclusives through the secondary market. Oh well...
I hope the club does another run of the set like they did with the Oktober Guard and IGs.

The brochure didn't make clear whether members could purchase more than one Homefront Hero boxed set (just one bagged per boxed). Also, can someone get an attendee package AND a Homefront Hero package?
I think all current members should get a chance before other members double up on boxed sets (most likely for non-members).

So, the registration just shows up on the Club store somewhere?
I've been to two cons, but in the "good ol' days" we had to fax all that in! Life is not so simple as that. What if your spouse (a non-member) is going, and wants to be able to go to the dinner, casino night, etc?

I have mixed feelings on this set. I really like the Cobras. But the Joes are all in Night Force colors. They look good, but my fear is that these will all be repainted for their oringinal colors and stuck in the FSS program. Then I will have the versions I really wanted plus these Night Force repaints that I don't really want. Beacuse I'm sure I'll "need" to buy the FSS anyway since they'll throw in a few irresistable ones, and I prefer the non-Night Force colors.
I dunno... I think I will try for the set anyway. The SAW Vipers and Frag Vipers look really cool to me, as opposed to the damn IGs last year with their immovable legs. |

If your wife is going get her an aide package. it gets her into everything but the tours (unless you buy her a tour) and the golden ticket stuff.

I don't think I can make final judgment on the set until it's in hand, but there are other reasons to go, of course!
This will be the first time I've even been within driving distance, so I pretty much have to go.

I have no issue with that. I think Homefront Hero packages should start as one per membership and that if you purchase an attendee package then you aren't immediately eligible for a Homefront Hero package also.
