So I continued with the Cop theme and I saw:
The Raid:Redemption - I know Ford didn't like it. I get some of the reasons for him not liking it, but I thought it was okay. The things that it definitely had going for it was the setting and the fights. Basically, you're a cop stuck in a huge 15 floor building that's locked down, and filled with all the criminals in city that are seeking refuge from the cops. All you have to do to make it out, is survive what seems like endless waves of enemies in order to escape. It would've been a great idea for a video game. I agree with Ford on one thing though it was long, but the fights were great. I thought the concept of it was good. So because "Dredd" is essentially the same thing, I'm hoping that I'll enjoy that more when I finally see it. I had no idea about the cartoon movie it was based on. Watching the trailer for that, then the trailer for the actual movie was cool. I think if it was a movie that I had just stumbled on to or saw on tv first, I might have enjoyed it more. But the reviews kind of got my hopes too high for it. |

Skinwalkers
A decidedly limp werewolf movie, only salvaged by Rhona Mitra again (I'm having a bit of a 'Rhona splurge' right now)

great cast & story.Hoskins & Mirren were excellent.strange to think that it struggled to find a distributor until the sucess of Life Of Brian allowed Eric Idle to lend a hand. |

Yep, Sarah Carter I think. She's cute, but I know her more from James Woods' "Shark"
