Top 2 Lamest Super Heroes
Wolverine: BORING. Stupid gimmick, sick and tired of his constipated growling voice. Deadpool: Snooozz. Hope the movie does not go into production. Too goofy of a character. |

Agreed. It is also considered an act of terrorism.

i don't like Batman when he's made to be tougher than the likes of Supes or the cosmic villains. it is one thing to beat the hell out of someone using cunning, intelligence and science. it's totally laughable to have Bats stand toe to toe with a god-like opponent and the writers think he will win. i don't hate, but i miss with a supreme passion the original TMNT. beer belching, vulgar d-bags who liked a good fight. this cartoony stuff aimed at kids, fine. but give us big kids the good stuff these guys were known for.

How is that being a Troll?? Because I can't stand those 2 Lame circus clown characters?? Just because I have a different opinion then you doesn't make You right and Me wrong.
The same that people on hear say they are sick of Batman. I think Wolverine is way over rated. Everyone thinks that Wolverine is this "invincible" character. Just like people say they are sick of Superman. Wolverine is the same way. They need to let him wonder off in the pasture and bring another X-Men character up to the plate. I just hate how overrated a character becomes just becuase a big movie comes out and every casual that sees it become wannabe nerds and think they know what they are talking about even though they never read a single comic strip in their life. I dont hate any super hero that I can think of.

But there IS such a thing as overexposure, and Wolverine in particular has suffered badly from it. Spider-Man and Deadpool have both pretty much reached saturation point, and Iron Man and Captain America are headed there. I suspect the Hulk and Thor will follow after. Wolverine used to be a cool, somewhat mysterious character that was very formidable in a fight, darker-edged than most of his peers, but still very "beatable." He also was a member of ONE team and only generally appeared in that book and the occasional crossover. Now he's on at least 3 teams at any given time, and guest-stars all over the place (though not as profusely as he did during the 90's and early 2000's). That doesn't even count mini-series, etc... They've pretty much sapped all the mystery from the character and while occasionally good stories are still told using the character, he's definitely been overused. Despite all that I'm still a fan of Wolverine simply because I remember that (like the Punisher, another character that's flirted with overexposure), while he may have been imitated and overused far too much, he's kinda "the original." And I remember the potential the character has when written well. The only comic book character I truly despise is The Sentry, for a whole laundry list of reasons. Most other characters might have "bad patches" (looking at you, Cyclops), but eventually get better in the hands of different writers. That or I just don't care enough about them to care either way. |

As for bringing another X-Men character up to the plate, if you are meaning an existing one, I'd love to see Colossus get more attention and a better rap as a fighter. He was always getting punked by Juggernaut and I hated that. CAVEAT: I have not read much from 2K to now, so if Colossus is getting his due, skip that last comment/request.
