Mine came this afternoon, simply awesome. Now I know I just got to pic up the trooper and sniper. I'll try and post some pics either tomorrow or Monday of them with a little dio project I've been workin on.

I got my first Sideshow figure, Storm Shadow.
I am pretty impressed, I can't say if it is worth $150 but it isn't bad. I am a bit concerned about the loose legs but overall I think I will continue with the line and get a couple more figures |

My Commander has loose legs, but not horrible. He is definitely poseable, but it takes a few seconds. My Officer is freakin' awesome, and his joints are nice and tight. I couldn't wait, so here's a few pics. This started out as some sort of bombed out building in the middle east, and it's nowhere near finished, I'm going to lay down sand as the base and everything. My skills with the hot glue gun kinda suck, so there are a few strings, which make suprisingly nice webs, so I decided to make it a tomb, and do a "Search for Serpentor" theme. These are just quick, so the lighting isn't all that great, sorry.
Doing a quick recon... Hmmm...what's this...?

how cool would it be to have a 12'' cobra commander on his throne sitting on your desk? I can't afford them right now, but maybe after a few lucky hands in Vegas and I'll be ready.

They are these cheap foam craft blocks from the craft store. It's like 15 bucks for a box of 300, and they already come with the tan paint on them. Then you just glue them together. The lighting is going to be tricky as back lighting makes the blocks light up, and bright light in the front makes them look too new. I think I need to find some little LED lights and light it from the floor.

If you need to be convinced, you shouldn't start collecting.
