Hi. I know a lot of you will see this headline and the 1st suggestion will be "Don't even DO this!" but last night I ran across a BnB Roddy Piper figure on clearance and figured that way I'd have the perfect head for a custom of the 2007 Convention IG Roddy. I figure the jacket can be from any "civilian" Wolverine figure or an Indiana Jones Mutt Whatshisname figure. For the kilt, I'm debating between trying to find a cheap SDCC James McCullen IX figure and using that or just making a fabric one. I can probably get some IG logo decals online for his shirt.
HERE'S THE ACTUAL QUESTIONS: What should I use for the figure's main body? Should I use the legs from the Roddy figure (I don't know what other fig would have those wrestling style boots) or will it look weird next to actual Joes? Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks! |

I had the same thought frinday night when I saw the same figure. Wasn't the exclusive's torso the tank top type, the exclusive did come with a cloth kilt, and the boots... good question.

I used the Body from the 25th Snake Eyes the lower legs are from a wolverine origins Weapon X figure I just cut off the calfs half way and superglued some copperhead boots in their place.I got the jacket and arms from the wolverine on the motorcycle from the TRU set and I made the kilt.It turned out ok I think
sorry for the crappy pics I'll try to get some better ones to post up later |
