Where is Troynos? Has anyone heard from him lately?
I'm a little sad. My brother has quit the Tank. He says he's tired of all the fighting and crazy business. It's sad really. He said it just makes him mad to come on here.

He's been pretty active in his JOE-verse thread. I think what's happening is he's diverting some of his less filecard-related posting to that thread, to keep this thread more on-topic. If you haven't already, you should give his thread a visit, he's got some pretty interesting ideas and narratives going on there.

To keep this thread on topic? I wonder if he's caught some flak about that from other mods... Hmmmm.
I've read those Action Force file cards at Blood for the Baron, and they don't seem quite as different from the U.S. file cards as the Battle Files do. Footloose is a good example. The Battle Files lists him as SAS... the Action Force file card doesn't even say that he's Airborne. Interesting.

sad to hear about your brother, Oliver. That's not good, can't say I blame him though. These days, I just stick to this thread, Zulu's, Troy's and occassionally Darth Henning and Darkhawk's. Too much negativity everywhere else.

Nope, no flak about this thread from anyone.
For the most part I've been counting on you guys to help start up topics here. I just got the SRO packs from TRU tonight. They have Speed Metal in an A-Suit (and it looks great) but they call him an armored vehicle specialist on his "filecard". Oliver, please check out my 'verse thread, eager to hear what you think. Look for the formation of my Ghost Squad soon.

I love the Speed Metal A-Suit. He's the leader of my A-Suit troop. Managed to pick up 12 A-Suit assorted Ripcords and Dukes which I've head swapped to make up my team. They'll be the main squad called in to fight Toxo Zombies, Monstro Vipers, V Troops and BATS. Kinda like Armorines.

Nice.
I've been spending time in the "Don't Be Fooled" thread, educating people. There's alot of people out there that just don't have common sense when it comes to economics.

Stayed away from that thread for that very reason.

Some guy, okay a couple of guys, actually thought that figures were manufactured for like 50 cents (which they probably are) and that when Hasbro sold them to a retailer for $5.00 that the $4.50 was all profit..
uhm... no.... There's a thousand other things that come out of that $4.50 before it gets to profit. Spend 10 pages trying to explain that, and on the 10th page someone goes "so they make 'em for 50 cents and charge 5 bucks, that's alot of profit those greedy bastards" DO YOU BOTHER TO READ!!!!
