So I got the He-Man's I ordered, last Tuesday, but today I checked my e-mail and got a shipping confirmation for them from Matty Collector.
At first I thought they were sending them to me again, but no, it actually it was an e-mail saying they just shipped my order and the tracking number was for the package I received over a week ago. I really can't complain as I was sending them somewhere that would have somebody to pick them up as I wouldn't have been home for them and luckily they were home that day to sign for them, but it seems like it would have been more useful a while ago. Odd.

It happened to me as well. I received my shipping confirmation today but received the figures a week or so ago. When I was checking my bank account yesterday, I had noticed that they did not charge me yet but as of the sending of the email, they have since charged me. I've heard of others who have experienced this with some of the earlier figures as well.

That's weird that they waited to charge you. I was charged same day.

I've ordered figures before and never received an order or shipping confirmation at all. I got the figures just fine though.

Got my shipping confirmation today. Got the figures a week ago. I was surprised as hell to get them last week (due to the lack of the shipping confirm) I'm guessing this is a bit more widespread. Just glad to have gotten the figures.

As you may know, Mattycollector/Digital River isn't exactly on the "the level" so to speak.

There have been many complaints about how Digital River handles the entire order process, from the time the order is placed to any Customer Service that may follow. |
