I wish they would make a sequel to Leon The Professional called "Matilda: The Professional, starring Natalie Portman as a Hitwoman and Directed by Luc Besson again. I know that Natalie Portman can do anything and she would be awesome in this.

This was actually my biggest dream for like ten years after first seeing The Professional in 1994. LOL. But then if it were to be done; I would have rather it had been 10 years later when Mathilda would have been 23-ish and she's still working for Danny Aiello and the plant is like a giant tree now. LOL. But I don't feel that way anymore.
IMO if it were done now NP as Mathilda would be too old already for me to care how she turned out. At this point... I don't even want Mathilda to be a hit woman... I would have wanted her to been a wonderfully reformed girl at the orphanage and have moved on to find a good man later in life that would have loved her properly and then she could have gotten married in a nice church and perhaps named her first child... Leon. LOL.

Damn, if Luc Besson got on board this I'd be all over it.

At this point I think that it won't ever be made, unless Natalie Portman had a big interest in it, as well as Luc Besson. I say if it is not made by 2014, then it stands no chance of being made.

Why? They would just put her in a catsuit, give her two guns or two samurai swords, and then make her do cheesy slow-motion acrobatics... same formula with every other female action hero these days.

I don't think she would have become a hit woman.
