Eh, I think that may just be a bad frame of CG, he (and the others) look ok in other scenes
Now if you wanna talk about bad looking comic movies, I submit Roger Corman's The Fantastic Four: Here's the Human Torch in full "Flame On" We're talking Turbografx-16 looking graphics here Last edited by Shogi; 11-13-2010 at 06:01 PM.. |

I submit Elektra, played by Jennifer Garner was one of THE worst comic movies of all time. Closely followed by X3 ...

How about "The Spirit"...I think Will Eisner would have risen from the grave and strangled whoever thought going all "Sin City" on it was a good idea...

Watch the rest of the sneak peak here :( UPDATED: Pre-Preview of Green Lantern Footage from Entertainment Tonight Online! the boots are just a bit high and the gloves are green and not white. Other than that it is spot on perfect. Keep in mind these are also stills not in motion. It looks much better in motion just like Renegades. I still for the life of me do not understand why people just can't seem to grasp the concept..... oh yeah, I know there isn't any fanboy nerd rage bitching involved. My bad. Anyhow the suit is made up of energy. It isn't cloth, it isn't leather, it isn't anything like that. It is a construct created by the ring. Guess what, it should glow... that's kind of the point. It Shouldn't look like it is from the earth.... again kind of the point. But you know what, there is nothing in this world that fanboys like to do more than get all nerd raged up. Good God, some people on the internet remind me of the ex wife, suck the very life and any good feeling you might have right out of you. |

Your taking still shots of something ment to be in motion and expecting perfection. Your not going to get that. For one reason is as stated before the suit is a construct made up of energy. As for the Corman FF flick, yeah the budget showed bigtime on that however truth is the plot (and as I recall Dr. Doom) was much better in it than in the two that were made not long ago. |

Ok, lets get the list out of the way. Batman and Robin.... everything about it from the blonde batgirl to the nipples on the suit to Mr. Freeze and Poison Ivy. The look was bad enough then when you get to the script and the acting it got worse. For real, how do you f'up Bane?
Spiderman 3. Ok, the classic Spiderman suit looked good, so did Sandman but outside of that nothing was right. You have Harry who just looked stupid on his Back to the Future hoverboard and half mask thing. You had the black suit that was nothing but the movie suit but black. You had Brice Howard looked more like a blonde MJ than she did Gwin.... go figure. They just got that casting backwards from to bottom with those two. X-men. Take your pick on those. From the leather biker suits all being the same color (black) to Wolverine being like a foot and a half taller than he should be the look of those movies was far from what it should have been. Don't get me wrong, Jackman wasn't bad but he just doesn't look right. Wolverine should be short and rugged not a leading man. The x-men movies did nothing but take shortcuts and push wolverine. The list can go on and on. It can also take on some of the movies that people consider the best like The Dark Knight. |
