I just watched this movie and admit to missing about 20 min near the begining.
I was really entertained, I could'nt believe how it had my attention. I actually found myself feeling...sorry for Nixon in the end. Not that what he was doing was right, it just had a beaten and sad feel to it. No political BS here--but did anyone else enjoy the movie? |

I'm haven't seen it yet but I'm looking forward to it. On that note, though, I see this thread turning political right quick.

great movie. Frank Langella is really turning up the heat these last few years, with this movie, The Box(not a great movie, but he was great in it), Good Night and Good Luck, etc...
I think Frost/Nixon did a great job of portraying the people of the time, both sides of the aisle, without commenting on their beliefs. It had staunch Republicans and Democrats, and some were wrong on both sides. Very, very well written and acted. |
