LOL...I just mentally pictured Blue making this dish...and his wife acting like Chef Ramsey. LOL....screaming at him and telling him to get out of the kitchen!!! LOL

thanks for the recipe scarlett, ill actually try it soon. now for kicks and to return the favor heres one of my specialties.
blues fried beer chicken however much chicken you are going to cook (skinned or skinless whatever you prefer) a gallon sized ziploc bag filled 1/3 with flour a bottle of your favorite beer (i usually use budweiser select or regular budweiser) palm full of following spices.... seasoned salt onion salt pepper italian seasoning lemon pepper garlic salt cajun pepper (thats optional, i like a little spice personally) mix all seasonings into a small bowl and put aside. now i own a frydaddy. i fill it with whatever vegetable oil i have lying around. i personaly have never noticed a diffrence from canoil oil to vebgetable oil or any other oil for that matter. you can use a pot if you dont have a fry daddy. if you use a pot make sure to keep the temperature on low-medium (learned that one the hard way lol). ok so get a medium sized bowl. dump half the bottle of beer in it. drink the rest and grab another to drink to help you through the rest of this. dip the chicken pieces in the beer. put the spices in the flour bag and mix it good. place your chicken after the beer in the bag (i can usually fit 4 or so in each "batch"). stick in your frydaddy or pot of oil. when they start floating they are done. make sure to cut one open before pulling the whole batch to make sure its cooked good. usually when they float they are done but ive had some wierd chicken in my days lol. anyhow this recipe is easy and everytime i make it the batch is gone by the nights end. so enjoy.

Anything with beer in the recipe sounds good to me.
I too own an indoor fryer...my fry daddy got too small, but I got a decent size indoor one. Plus the large turkey fryer for outside...can do 4 dozen wings in one shot that way. Woooot!!

There's 2 ways I could respond........the one way that's totally 'group appropriate' OR the one that's reserved for the tail end of a night out with the gang...... :p ;)

Yeah...I totally seen Rock winning it. I was surprised that Bonnie made it that far - not that she is a woman (as the greatest cook in the world was my mum)...but the fact that the other women had more prestigious positions in the culinary arts than her.
