It is.....kinda. Its about a group of people who goes to shoot a porn movie at a remote location and ron jeremy and Sasha grey are in it as characters lampooning themselves. An alien creature lands nearby, kills ron jeremy and possess his penis. Said alien possessed penis then goes around killing the guys and trying to impregnate the women so that the alien can reproduce its species.
