Okay, so I've been ploughing my way through "The Twilight Zone" marathon on SYFY. Some quick takeaways:
~ Truly amazing how very few lousy episodes there are, considering the anthology format. And even those are still (somewhat) fun to watch*. ~ The hour-long episodes tend to drag a bit. And feel suspiciously like what might happen if a writer needed to fill 60 minutes, but only had 30 minutes worth of material. ~ Comedy was clearly not Rod Serling's strong suit. Apart from "Will the Real Martian Please Stand Up?", which is both funny and scary. ~ I personally prefer the scarier episodes over the preachier ones, so (at the moment) my favourites are "The Dummy", "The Hitch-Hiker" and "To Serve Man". ~ Speaking of "To Serve Man", it's odd the Kanamit has to crouch down to enter the room on the shuttle. I mean, it's their spaceship! Why didn't they just build taller doorways? * Two exceptions: "The Bard" (just jaw-droppingly awful). And "From Agnes—With Love" (all copies of which should be set on fire until any trace of its previous existence is destroyed).

Watched "Jiu Jitsu" (2020). Well, watched may be the wrong word, actually. More like forced to endure "Jiu Jitsu" (2020) against my will.
Basically, some guy discovers he belongs to an "ancient" mystical martial arts clan. But wait! There's a catch! Apparently, every few years or so, an alien ninja named Brax shows up, and challenges the clan's best fighters to a series of "death matches". And if they lose or refuse to fight, Brax will "kill everyone on the planet". (You might notice a rather large plothole there, btw.) Oh, and the alien's head looks like a Cadbury Creme Egg. Needless to say, the movie sucked ... and my brothers blow. Also, I forgot to mention that Nicolas Cage is there, too (looking a lot like Aubrey Sitterson, actually).
