Honey I Shrunk the Kids. With the nephew yesterday. Forgot how much I loved it when I was a kid.

Scream 4
I'm a big fan of the franchise so I was looking forward to this one. While I liked it, and let me stress I did like it and no I did not see where it was going. The film drops so many red herrings and was very clever at making wit at remakes and sequels and even its stars. BUT I did not feel it had the same impact previous films had. One of my biggest issues was the original cast...they almost seemed to be sleep walking through this film. Neve actually seemed fine but Courtney Cox and David Arquette almost seemed to have this..."Were here but just wanna get things over with" performance. Honestly I was happy with the ending of the third film it tied things up nicely. I don't feel this film detracted from the franchise as its still a fun movie that pokes fun at remakes, but where I before felt that each new Scream added to the franchise and gave the first film more depth, I didn't really feel that with this one as much. I liked it and it was good and maybe with time I'll like it as much as 1-3, but as stands I felt it was above average but far from the commercial advertising that has proclaimed it, "The Best One Since the Original". Thinking more on it I'll likely like it the more I see it. |

Fantasia.
That movie's probably the reason I grew up appreciating classical music. Between that and any Bugs Bunny cartoon that used opera music...

Movie: Land of the Dead
Pretty cool and a nice budget for one of these kinds of movies. Series: Game of Thrones Loved the book, this is definitely good, but lots of changes apparently for changing's sake.
