I'd forgotten about Denise Crosby being on the show. Bing's granddaughter is also the cousin of Seth MacFarlane and Milo Ventimiglia. Bearded Riker is definitely more heroic looking but Worf's makeup looks awful in HD.

I think most of Carpenter's work falls into either the underrated or overrated categories, but usually not because of his work. Prince of Darkness was one of the few that probably has too much of his interests in it, but it took some risks in the casting and was fun to see Dr. Loomis & Egg Shen teaming up with AJ Simon to beat Alice Cooper.
Agreed on reboot rumors. They're as trustworthy as actors saying they're done with a role.
I wonder if amazon will break from the traditional James Bond. If yes, they may try to get a Name director.
The post-RotLA advendture genre was great fun, all the way up to its place in The Phantom, which felt like it could've existed in Indy's world.
I'd say Chris Klein is as weak/annoying a leading man/hero as Reynolds. Not to worry re: Martin Campbell.

I wanted to watch Stargate since this is Kurt Russell's 74th birthday, but it is annoyingly absent from the streaming service that owns MGM.

Agreed. If they did more statues based on iconic movie posters, though, I might change my mind.
