The Invisible Man Returns (1940) There's an interesting idea here with a condemned innocent man slowly going mad, keeping the audience wondering if he will become a murderer after all. Vincent Price is always a plus, but it's not as good as the 1933 original.

Still an awesome, atmospheric, eerie movie with an exceptional cast.
Jamie Lee Curtis is in it too.

Elephant Man disturbed me when I was little. I had the chance to buy one of Mr. Uecker's signed baseball cards last year and I passed it up because it wasn't the team card I wanted. Dang it.

TIMR made him more sympathetic, I thought, and VP plays the part again in Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein. I've never watched Kolchak because I haven't seen much of Darren McGavin's work that I've liked him in ... good call on that phrase ... Taffin wasn't memorable (except Alison Doody had a nude scene) ... not a fan of Charlie Adler?

I'd forgotten about Eraserhead. DL is kinda like Cronenberg in that he may not appeal to the popcorn audience but he has/had the reputation that lets/let them create films their own way.
