I don't remember how many were actually on Sat mornings.
X-Men, Batman, Gargloyles, Carmen San Diego, Beast Wars, and Exo Squad were all made of win. Wild C.A.T.S. and Conan were astronomically epic fails though. I remember one that the WB tried out, the Adventures of Calamity Jane. I remember it being really good, but it only lasted two episodes. If there's a complete first season I hope it comes to DVD eventually. |

I had started college in the early 90's and getting up on a Saturday morning was tough. My roomies and I would watch the Disney offerings that many of you have mentioned. Ducktales and the like. We would crack open a fresh 12 pack and sit back and watch until the Power Rangers came on. One of my favorite 90's cartoons was Recess. It was totally a school ground version of Hogans Heroes. Even the theme song was similar.
