I prefer the original transformer movie because it does a better job with characterization.
I won't comment on the plot of the robot balls jokes that I think were not needed. I'll just stick with the characterization being weaker in the second movie. It relies too heavily on characterization of principal bots from the first movie (as if they haven't changed at all in the progression of time, and as if the entire audience will know it anyway). Bots not shown in the first movie are given little motivation of development. I will also point out that I was disappointed by Arcee, who in the movie appears to be the name assigned to 3 motorcycle bots all at once, without exploring the fact that all three bots were distinct individuals. |

TFW2005 also have a couple of G.I.Joe threads in the Transformers movie section AND the NON Transformers section an you dont see much people complaining about that because its a Transformers forum. When it comes to these NON G.I.Joe sections you can talk bout ANYTHING including Transformers thats why they made this section. |

OH REALLY!?
TFW2005 also have a couple of G.I.Joe threads in the Transformers movie section AND the NON Transformers section an you dont see much people complaining about that because its a Transformers forum. When it comes to these NON G.I.Joe sections you can talk bout ANYTHING including Transformers thats why they made this section. so in closing I would like to say that michael bay is the biggest lame in movie making to date, he makes movies for mindless idiots, if you give him money to see his movies then you only fuel the baynation! transformers are stupid(both movies and toys) it seems to me all it is is a car then a robot, oh wait its a car again!!! and when in either form they dont really do much but sit there and look stupid, everyone of my friends when I was a child broke those fragile p.o.s. toys within hours of buying them ot the were too loose to even stay in either form!!! |

I agree their was a lot of holes, but I still liked it. I think the most annoying thing to me was that the Constructicons were fighting the battle while Devastator was on the pyramid; what you didn't think we'd notice?
And Hasbro really dropped the ball by not making a toy that could transform into Devastator, the Vehicles AND the Robots!!! You have to spend like $200 if you want to do that! |

okay I dont want to disagree with you , but you chose one site (that may have a joe section I dont know! I dont go to tf sites to talk joes!) I can sit here and name off plenty of specific sites that do not have random off topic toys , just because you state 1 site does not make a big point, my point is this and only this this site is a g.i. joe based site , we do not need random motu, t.f. ect. here cluttering up time and space , if you want to talk t.f. go to a t.f. forum what is so wrong with that???
so in closing I would like to say that michael bay is the biggest lame in movie making to date, he makes movies for mindless idiots, if you give him money to see his movies then you only fuel the baynation! transformers are stupid(both movies and toys) it seems to me all it is is a car then a robot, oh wait its a car again!!! and when in either form they dont really do much but sit there and look stupid, everyone of my friends when I was a child broke those fragile p.o.s. toys within hours of buying them ot the were too loose to even stay in either form!!! |
