The concept was pretty cool-terminator sent from the past (Marcus) to the save the future. What get me (spoiler alert) is how the older Kyle (from T1) can be so anti-terminator, when he witnessed Marcus sacrifice himself for John Connor (in T:S). Can anyone explain: is the terminal cancer lady real or an implanted memory from skynet?
I still think the first three movies complete a fantastic arc. A great trilogy with an unexpected, but destined finale. |

Just watched the movie and i enjoyed it!
I didn't expect that Ah-nuld in CGI will have a short scene there. Overall a good plot and nice action! |

I felt it was a little weird myself but figured this was in between and by the 2029 time (and war) had caught up with what was left. |

I just watched it. It was good although the story had some holes and cheese. The special effects was great.

I only had one problem with the movie. I felt that resistance was way to organized. I had always pictured the resistance as a a motley bunch of people who just did what had to be done.
Oh well, that said I loved the film and Arnold showing up was very cool. It helped tie the story together. What we have learn it this: Judgement Day was never going to be stopped and Connor was always going to become the great leader, Marcus was also another failed Terminator model due to his humanity, the destruction of the factory slowed down the T-800 model production and the war is going to get worse.

Had the hardware.
A10s Hueys Blackhawks Little Birds Ospreys Had good action scenes. Had bad directing. What the hell is an McG? That guys blows. He truly expects the audience to need everything explained to them. Skynet monologued like a Bond villain. Had bad acting. Seeing Bale (an amazing actor in my book) act opposite rapper Common made me puke in my mouth. There was one specific scene that actually made me laugh at this dudes acting. And why in a post apocalyptic world does a guy need a perfectly manicured hip hop beard? And this reminds me of my biggest gripe. It took me completely out of the film. An A10 gets shot down. Downed pilot takes off helmet and looks like a model from a Pert Plus commercial. Lovely, clean wavy hair and make-up. C'mon, we don't need a Megan Fox in every movie. (okay maybe we do) But It didn't work for me. There's a lot of points that I could tear to shreds but I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it. All in all a disappointment. LOVED the Arnold "cameo". |

Just got back...good flick! I think it was right where it needed to be. Welcome to the future, now lets find ourselves a timelab and another Arnold to reprogram.

I saw TS on Sunday, I didn't love it but I did really like it.
The good: Christian Bale was great in this and the effect's were amazing. I was also impressed by the actor who played Marcus. He almost stole the movie. The bad: The script had a ton of holes in it and they never took the time to develop any of the characters. The other Terminator films (well number one and two) did a better job of making the background actors real people with out spending too much time on them. |

I loved everything about this movie until the ending. I wish this were a spoiler zone so I could better explain it, but the last bit was pure shit.
