Yeah, apparently after seeing "Birdman" he said he wanted to keep playing Wolverine until they won't let him anymore. Then this weekend he posted a picture on Instagram with the claws popped on one hand and captioned "WOLVERINE...ONE LAST TIME. HJ". So Wolverine 3 might be his last movie in the role. Actually though, I don't mind that. Just because I think he could be making so many other more interesting movies but these damn X films keep eating up all his time. He needs another franchise. I'd love to see him in a serious cop movie. Maybe one based on that play that he and Daniel Craig starred in a few years ago. If nothing else he could still do action movies like a Mission Impossible or Fast & the Furious. If he really wants to be in the MCU, he just ditch Wolverine and play the Punisher instead. |

I'm sure Turner will be fine. Quote:

The best thing about Jackman besides his passion for the character has been that in this particular case, the older he gets, the better he looks for the part. Last edited by Jmacq1; 03-31-2015 at 10:32 AM.. |

That isn't the question I asked. Also, considering the randomness that is sometimes associated with X films, I wouldn't be surprised if they just decided to make Jean Grey British.

Olivia Munn Joins ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ Cast as Psylocke
‘X-Men: Apocalypse': Olivia Munn Cast as Psylocke | Variety Alex Stedman News Editor, Variety.com Director Bryan Singer posted the news on Instagram on Monday. Psylocke made her first appearance in the comicbooks in 1976, but hasn’t had a large presence in the films. The mutant’s only movie appearance was in 2006’s “X-Men: The Last Stand,” where she served as one of the minor villains following Magneto and was played by Mei Melançon. Psylocke’s powers have been altered a few times, but they include telepathy and telekinesis. Munn joins previously announced newcomer Lana Condor, who’s playing Jubilee, as well as returning stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult and Rose Byrne. Oscar Isaac and Kodi Smit-McPhee are also set to join the franchise. Munn recently starred alongside Johnny Depp in “Mortdecai,” as well as last year’s “Deliver Us From Evil.” She’s currently filming “Ride Along 2,” starring Ice Cube and Kevin Hart, which will bow early next year. Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart, who played Magneto and Professor X, respectively, will not be returning for the next installment. “Apocalypse” will be Jennifer Lawrence’s last appearance as Mystique, she recently confirmed. Singer is directing the film from a script by Simon Kinberg, Dan Harris and Michael Dougherty. “X-Men: Apocalypse” is set to bow on May 27, 2016. Munn is repped by CAA and Atlas Artists.

Better look at Lana Condor as Jubilee in X-Men: Apocalypse - Nerd Reactor
By John 'Spartan' Nguyen | April 28, 2015 X-Men: Apocalypse is currently filming, and we recently saw some on-set photos of the young X-Men hanging out at the mall including Jubilee, Jean Grey, Nightcrawler, and Cyclops. The shots were pretty far, but now we have some better shots, thanks to fans who were on the set. Check out Lana Condor as Jubilee as she wears the iconic yellow jacket, blue shorts, and pink shirt. I will say that she does look hella cute as Jubes.

Saw X-Men:Apocalypse a while back on Blu-ray. Fantastic movie. Even though I'm a fan of the '80's Uncanny X-men comics, I haven't enjoyed all of the films (with the exception of X-men 2 (2003) ). This is definitely my favorite X-men film - at this point.
I really liked the epic scope of this film. The physical appearance of Apocalypse was quite similar to what we've seen in the comic, despite being a lot smaller (except when he was in Xavier's dream/nightmare); I'm a purist when it comes to movies that adapt comics, so this was good to see. Apocalypse was an amazing villain, i.e.very evil, corrupt, and extremely powerful. The scene when he disarmed all of the world's nuclear weapons was amazing; as were the scenes when he destroyed various cities/buildings. I liked the Punk Rock Storm (taken from the '80's Uncanny X-men comic); Psyloke (sp?!), and Angel with the metallic wings. Being an '80's kid, I really liked the setting (1983) and all of the '80's references, including the younger X-men coming out of Return of the Jedi & discussing the film, as well as the very cool scene when Quicksilver (Magneto's son) quickly saves all of the X-men from the disintegrating mansion to the tune of the iconic tune Sweet Dreams (are made of this) by the Eurythmics - very cool! The deleted Mall scenes (which I saw online) were excellent; very funny; I remember '80's mall culture very well, i.e. video arcades, big shoe & record stores - all to the tune of another iconic '80's song, "Safety Dance" by Men without Hats. Also, I'm not taking into account any of the previous X-men films when watching this one - it's too confusing trying to figure out where this stands in the continuity. So, as far as I'm concerned, this was a stand-alone film (though X-men: Days of Future Past was obviously referenced here). My only complaint (a minor was) is that it would have been cool if we had seen Apocalypse being huge in actuality, as he is in the comic & as he appeared in Xavier's mind when they were fighting. But, it's possible that they only showed him being huge in the dream for stylistic purposes. |

Man, I thought that movie was terrible. I thought the story was atrocious. I was around for the original Apocalypse story in the 1980's and was hugely disappointed by the movie. Olivia Munn might be the worst actress in Hollywood right now.
