Hello everyone. I was curious if any tanker has a set or has seen a set of the entire Gen. 1 Transformers Series on dvd which was released in Asia (China etc) back in 2003-2004?
I have seen some online for sale which includes all 4 Seasons (OG) on 15 or 16 discs. I was curious about the overall quality and, if You have a set are You happy with it across the board? Thanks for any help you can offer.

I bought a set last year from E-Bay from a seller named Smoocharts but I don't think he is around anymore.I paid $45 total shipping inluded. It was shipped from Singapore and arrive 1 week and a half later after I paid.I'm quite happy with it.The audio and video is very clear. It has the original 80' American soundtrack and voices:Peter Cullen,Chris Latta etc. it is also in Mandarin if you understand that lol.So basically you are watching the originals. It was 13 discs all 4 seasons including the 86' Movie which was the bonus disc.It was an official Chinese produced dvd set.The only flaw is they are packed in these flimsy sleeves and 2 discs were stuck together but a little tap fixed that.

I forgot to mention the startup menu screen is in Chinese of course but all you have to do is press play and then you can decide to play all or jump to different scenes etc. just like a regular dvd |

Cool, I've never seen that particular set. I bought the domestic versions from Kid Rhino that started back in 2002. I like the cover art on these better though. I did pick up the M.A.S.K. set that's making its rounds on eBay right now. Nice, high quality and legit, as far as I can tell, though I never saw them at retail.
