My money is on one of these three:

Geata, Dualla, or Zarek. The final five seem to be some of the "most human" and deeply flawed characters, save Tory who I think is just there. Obviously, due to the age of Tigh, these were the first Cylon skin jobs. Is it their flaws that made the Cylons strive for perfection in the other models?

As far as them announcing who the final Cylon is, at comic-con last summer I think (if I remember correctly) that they're going to hold out until the last 2 or 3 episodes.

And Katee Sackoff is hot in person... thought I'd toss that out there...

So who's the final Cylon?

Ronald Moore has promised he'll reveal the identity of the final Cylon before the end of the series. But here's what we know so far:

1. The final Cylon is familiar to Number Three. She recognizes it during her vision in the Temple of Jupiter. She says "You -- forgive me ... I had no idea ..." and tells Baltar that he was "right," before collapsing.

2. In the extended cut of "Razor," the hybrid claims that the "fifth [Cylon], still in shadow, will claw toward the light, hungering for redemption that will only come in the howl of terrible suffering."

3. The hybrid tells Starbuck during the fourth season: "The missing Three will give you the Five who have come from the home of the Thirteenth." This seems to suggest that the final Cylon comes from the 13th colony (Earth).

4. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Moore has claimed that the final Cylon was not on display in the promotional poster for the fourth season. Since the poster contains almost every major character in the "Galactica" universe, including Starbuck, Adama, Apollo and Roslin, this either leaves us with an as-yet-unknown Cylon character or a supporting character Cylon -- or Moore was leading us on.

To feed speculation, the show's publicity campaign has gradually been releasing photos and snippets of upcoming episodes on the show's Web site.
