The G.I.JOE Killer W.H.A.L.E. Hovercraft was released in 1984. It was and still is my favorite and most memorable G.I. JOE toy. This is my 2nd G.I. JOE KW custom. I decided to make it a parody of one of my favorite T.V. Shows "CHiPs", from the late 70's and early 80's. I had the stickers custom made to say Harbor Patrol rather than Highway Patrol. I added an LED Police car kit from mytrickrc.com. I motorized the Fans and added sound effects.
