Hey dude! Nice to see a new person from FL! Just to personally address your question - Smalljoes is probably one of the best GI Joe stores you'll find. Sure, take more than ten years of good service and your bound to have the odd complaint here and there. But I would strongly recommend them. Have fun on the forums : )
