The effects where done in visionlab and the video was edited with movie maker.

He used a special effects software, he mentions it in one of the comments. I forget what it was but man it looks cool. I think something like that would be awesome. He used purely Rise of Cobra figures and after watching that I loved that line even more.

I love stop motion films!
Have you seen a fan made stop motion G.I. Joe feature called "Cobra" It is done with Rise of cobra figures and it is one amazing movie. It has 3 chapters so far but I think the creator moved on to other things.
Still awesome stuff.

TF prime was perhaps one of the best updates for Transformers I can see those characters with some G.I. Joe Resolute characters in one big animated feature.
