The downsides to the Retaliation Alley Viper are the fact that he doesn't come with a vest, and backpacks are harder to fit into his back. However, he may be easier to obtain if your local TRU still has one.

POC Alley Vipers would be the cheapest route, or the Retaliation Alley Vipers if you don't mind the different chest.
