I've seen people do that but haven't tried it yet. I just use a regular brush and sort of fan out the bristles and gently dab at the figure. I'm working on an Alley Viper in the same scheme as my Cobra Troopers so if I can find a sponge I'll try it and let you know how it goes.

Rod / Me. Sal and Jim will be selling there. That show is hit or miss. But I just want to dust off my stuff and get back into the grove . Things look good for me going to JoeCon this year. Cool. Got snake eyes, storm shadow, cobra commander (blu) , cobra trooper, and gi joe trooper already. Opened all. Se and ss are cool. Cc is pretty cool but the blue is way to bright for me. Kinda like 90's style. I'm not too impressed w/ the troopers. But that's just me.
